Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ignite100 website and member services. By using our website or holding a member account, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Ignite100 is a technology venture partner based at 1 Telegraph Street, London, EC2R 7AR. We design, build, launch and grow technology ventures.
2. Member accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or deactivate accounts that breach these Terms or where required for security or legal reasons.
3. i100 units and the Wallet
"i100" are units recorded in your member Wallet within our platform. i100 may be transferred between verified members using the tools we provide. i100 units are administered entirely within the platform and are not a currency, security, or financial instrument, and do not constitute an offer of investment.
4. Members' notice board
The members' board is a notice board only. Members may advertise an intention to transfer i100 and express interest in listings. Ignite100 is not a party to, and does not broker, match, escrow, guarantee or settle any arrangement between members. Access to the board may require identity verification and a one-off access fee. Any arrangement you enter into is at your own risk.
5. Identity verification & fees
Certain features require identity verification (KYC) and payment of applicable fees. Fees are shown before you commit and are non-refundable once the associated service has been provided, except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may remove content and restrict access where these Terms are breached.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Ignite100 and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of intellectual property created under a partnership engagement is governed by the separate partnership agreement.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ignite100 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for arrangements members make between themselves. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
